Jean Sizing Information

  1. Look at the “rise” measurement of jeans you want.

  2. Use a soft measuring tape to measure out the “rise” and measure from bottom of crotch up.

    • If you do not have a soft measuring tape, you can use a string or ribbon and then measure it with a regular ruler or meter stick.

  3. Find point where measuring tape reaches and measure around at that point for the “waist” measurement.

    • E.g., If rise is 10”, measure from bottom of crotch and 10” up towards your waist.

    • Then, measure around where the 10” reached and that is your waist measurement.

  4. For hip measurement, measure around at the widest part of your hips.

  5. Measure from bottom of crotch to the floor while standing straight up for inseam/length measurement.
